Roast Beef

Here’s a timeless roast beef recipe made with Wagyu beef.

Ingredients

  • 500g tenderloin wagyu beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Mix olive oil, rosemary, garlic, basil, salt, thyme and pepper in a small bowl, and marinate the beef for 5 to 10 minutes;
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, put the marinated beef in the oven and bake for 25 minutes;
  3. Once grilled, cut the roast into slices and serve with cooking sauce or sandwich with your favorite cheese.
